Wow, that's a big bunch of data you sent to me! You are right on with your
comments about the pitch distribution and how the twisting winds up being
the wrong distribution all the time. I presented this topic in my Forums
last year. Even some of the wood prop makers do not get enough pitch at the
hub end and get negative lift on the inner blade area. I'll try to take a
better look at the data when I get the time.
