fast as the inboard.

I thought it was obvious that more fuel is sucked
out than is
returned. I don't think you need the line size
disparity.
Are you going to have separate vents for each tank?

In my experience with Cessna's the tanks rarely
equalize
for some strange reason.

Also if you have a cap on an inboard tank that is "Tee
ed" to an outboard tank, you are going to overflow on
the ramp. Many fuel injection systems return as much
as 75 percent of the inflow at low power cruise
