Just thought of an idea. Wrap some soft aluminum
small tubing around the intake runners and run the fuel
return through them to cool it before it goes
back to the fuel sump.

BTW just got my Kinsler catalog and handbook.
Well worth the $12. Very very up front about who makes what
when it comes to fuel injectors. A real good education
in fuel injection. I highly recommend it as this will
answer many many questions.
