Paul,
 I noticed that Rich's system does not show a Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Given that some of the EFI fuel pumps put out as much as 90 psi at low flow
and drop as low  as 40 psi at max flow, I would think Rich might find a lot
of difficulty in setting his injector timing.
