Subject: High press pump in tank system

Putting the high pressure pumps in the tanks as suggested by
Mike Wells considerably simplifies the system.

In effect, with the large cross connect pipe, it is a low wing
"both" system. Either pump will pump out of either tank.

The only improvement I can see at the moment is to block off a small section in
each tank for the pumps and use trap doors to capture fuel for slips.

If the return lines go into the bottoms of the tanks the return
fuel will automatically go to the tank with the least fuel.
