I just noticed this rad in the Howe racing catalog that is
17 1/4 inches wide and 33 inch long core. 36 inches long over
all. Probably fit under your engine in that RV4.
All welded aluminum rad. Two rows of tubes. About $189 at Poske Racing.

  Thats close, but a little too long overall I think and for my mount also
a little too wide. The largest my config could reasonably accomodate is
about 32" X 15" overall.
  What I found when getting quotes from any of the racing rad manufacturers
is that any change from their standard catalog pieces and you can throw
those cheap prices out the window. In my case I asked for a non-standard
inlet and outlet config. I felt that the better placement of inlet and
outlet was worth the extra $. And once you forget about using off the shelf
pieces then you can ask for just about any core config you like, there are
a lot of sizes available. I look at the price of a certified Lyc part to
put things in perspective and make me feel better about what I'm paying for
my rad. :-)
  My rad from CR racing should have shipped by now and should be here by
the end of the week (I hope).
