OK guys but you are going to have to finance them being made.
I will front the money for twenty or so two rotors flanges but
I think there will not be enough orders for three rotor
versions.

I will take the template over there and get a quote.

3/8" thick  6061 T6 plate is weldable and relatively low cost.
Don't know the cost yet. It will be awhile as I am waiting on
some loaner manifolds or templates.

Here is a drawing of a two rotor six port engine Mike Wills
sent me. Please make a template out of this and check it on your
six port engines. I don't want to make a bunch and not have them fit.

No drawings Vlad. If you make a template out of 1/8 inch thick 
transparent Lexan obtainable at the hardware store and send it 
to me I will make a drawing. Rout out the intake ports in the
Lexan with a router and a flush laminate trim bit. Mark and drill 
all the mounting holes and make sure the template will bolt to 
the engine.

The end housing ports look much larger than a four port 13B of
around 1988 vintage. The center housinbg ports look about the same as
a 13B center housing ports.
