I didn't expect much from stators because the predicted energy
lost in swirl from my larger diamter fan was small, using
Piolenc's spreadsheet.
I think stators do more with smaller diameter fans turning
even higher rpm. Maybe they work better on buried fans in
long ducts, like RC model planes.
