I could be wrong but if the engine is running at wide open throttle (WOT)
and the RPM is limited by prop load the speed of the airplane does not
matter except perhaps you might be getting a little ram air help
at higher speeds.

The torque load from the prop will be the same.

Yes, if you run the engine at 6000 RPM with little or no load at less
than WOT then yes, the fuel map will be different.

The problem I have is the static RPM with a normal prop will be limited
to about 4500 to 5500 RPM WOT and I would really like to see what the HP
is at
6000 to 6500 RPM WOT. The HP at 4500 to 5500 RPM WOT is also of interest
of course.

BTW I have decided to mount the dyno/test stand on the back of my golf
cart.
The golf cart is taking up room in the hangar anyway.
Nice and heavy and I will have the only 200 HP golf cart at the
Santa Paula airport :-).

Be sure and post a photo of the 200 hp golf cart.  Perhaps just the addition
of a small lifting surface and your can forget the KIS {:>).

Well, I am probably wrong about this, but it would seem that 6000 rpm with a
lesser load will result in less  throttle opening required (less airflow)
and therefore less manifold pressure (more vaccum).  

You are right about this Ed but the load is the same if both engines
are running flat out at wide open throttle and the max RPM they can achieve
is 6000 RPM. So a cut down prop moving at zero MPH can have the same
load as a normal prop going 200 MPH. The light will light any minute now :-)

My HALTECH "bins" the 7
rpm ranges (0-7000) with 64 manifold pressure "bins" and then depending on
the engine rpm "looks" in that 1000 rpm window with the manifold pressure
reading to "select" the injector timing.  So it would seem that turning a
68x70 prop at 6000 rpm would "require" more HP (More throttle opening, more
airflow, less manifold pressure) than turning say a 60 x70 prop at 6000 rpm.
On the otherhand, I could be missing something in my logic.
