Nope. It was sitting on the pan. The weight of the engine with flywheel was 
about 250 pounds so with a five foot channel it would take 5 X 250 or about 
1250 ft pounds of torque to lift the engine off the ground. Supposedly
the nut is on there with only 600 ft pounds. When it let loose it let loose
with a loud bang. I thought I broke something again. I also soaked it in
Knocker Loose penetrating oil for awhile. WD40 is more or less the same 
stuff.

Here is a picture of my wife and neighbor showing Ken's bent 1-1/2 inch
1/8 wall angle iron. Sorry Ken. I straightened it out a bit.  Good luck getting 
it off this way :-)
