While reading about the flooding problem I had a similer problem
while breaking in my engine before installing the prop. When the engine
was cold,if it didn't start in the first 10 revolutions it wetted up the
plugs badly and required the removal to clean them up after which it
always started easily. They appeared to be oiled up but I was only using
1 ounce per gallon. After I installed the prop,I never had the problem
again.
I am still waiting on the Mexican government to issue me numbers
so I can test fly.

What kind of ignition do you have in there Bill? I ask because CD's
seem to fire fouled plugs better.

I am using Tracy's system for both injection and timing.Very satisfied with
the equipment.I had a problem with the computer which turned out to be my
fault and he fixed it without a wimper or charge. My mistake was that I had
grounded the computer as instructed but removed the ground to check something
behind it and turned on the power. It turned out that I burned out one of those
little black things inside.
