I just took a look at my starters. Yes two different kinds. One has the solenoid
almost on a radial and the other the solenoid as about 45 degree off the radial.
Pictures tomorrow when the sun comes up. What is worse is the bolt patterns are 
entirely different. Only one is near useful for mounting on the plugs side and 
then it will be difficult. Read expensive. It is by far much much easier to mount 
them on the exhaust side. In that case both types can be accommodated. I will try to
do a drawing before leaving for Copper State.
