The bare rotary engine weight is about 190 pounds. Tracy's PSRU with
everything is about 45 pounds. The starter is about 7 pounds.
Intake manifold will vary. The alternator weight also varies
from year to year. 

On the other hand it is usually hard to pin down the exact weight
of a Lyc because the configuration weights are not standardized
some time they include the carb, starter, mags alternators,
and exhaust manifolds and sometimes one or more of these parts 
are missing in the weight calculations.
