With the file rvcool8, doesn't the oilpan that was "cut off with a die
grinder and welded on a flat piece of steel" interfere with the air coming
through the radiator? I think it would lower the effectiveness by being an
outlet restriction.

You got a point there Bill. Might have to reshape the back a bit to add capacity
lost at the front.The pan is only about ten inches wide. I also think the depth 
of the  back
of the pan in that drawing is misleading. I did not measure the depth so when
I drew that I just guessed. It looks too deep in the drawing.
I'll take some better pictures of the mockup when I get back from Copper State.
I don't really think it is  a problem and I don't even think it will 
have to be modified as the redrive plate sort of limits how far you
can get the rad up under the engine.
