While its appropriate for alternative engine enthusiasts to have their own
forums broken down by engine type, there are many aircraft type specific
issues which belong in the relevant forum for that aircraft.

IMHO, and that of other pusher builders I've talked to, Canard Aviator's
"moderators" have been practicing their own brand of censorship for a long
time.  For example, they permit discussion about diesels, but suppress
positive opinions about rotaries.

This is about MUCH more than alternative engines. It's about having someone
control what we're allowed to talk about and selectively post and/or edit

This list is much more interesting to me. They did publish a recent
message from me where I let them know I put 100 hours on my rotary
plane in the first year, probably more that a lot of Lyc Longs do.

I also remember the incident Bill Freeman had.  Boy, I don't remember
anyone getting jumped on so badly on that list as Bill was.  It had
to do with landing technique, but since I wasn't a canard pilot yet
at that time couldn't comment.
