Interesting experiment.  Try adding double the normal amount of
2cycle oil to the gas to lub the top end and it might live a lot
longer than you expect.  Keep the oil level very high to get splash
lubed as much as possible, keep the cell phone in the car and
don't drive too far!  ;-)   Good luck.
