<< Where Swift got them was from Tilton Engineering. Tilton is my old
company Lamar Engineering renamed to Tilton Engineering. I invented
them in 1971 or 1972. Lamar Engineering started in about 1969 in Hermosa
Beach CA to build wings for race cars. Later we had a contract from Pontiac
to design and build a mid engine car among other aerodynamic work
on the 71 Firebird TransAm and later Grand Am. When that contract was
completed
I sold the company to Mac & Adel Tilton and they moved it to El Segundo CA.
Later
they moved it again to Buelton CA where it is now. I went on to other things
such as computers and road test equipment.
Now you know the history.

I have the Coleman version on my car. I love it. Dead simple and cheap. Lynn

Beats the heck out of the old lever and conventional clutch cylinder doesn't it? :-)
