I assume this is a question for Tracy Crook. Tracy?

The EC2 doubles the fuel delivery when the cold start switch is on. This
has been adequate in all conditions I've been able to test in. Of course it
should be remembered that I live in Florida.

All injectors are active when the manifold pressure is above the stagging
threshold (which is adjustable). Normally the threshold is set to about 15"
Hg. MAP. Since manifold pressure is close to atmospheric while cranking,
the secondaries would be on.
