I think the the stainless is the mesh covering for the flex part- the
information says that the piece is aluminized.

It says stainless hydro formed bellows for the first version. I think the aluminized 
neck is for the version that clamps on to another pipe. I was thinking of welding
it on. I guess we will never know until someone tries one on
a rotary.
