Paul,
Would you happen to have industry standard part number
handy for teflon/silicon O-ring that fit outer position
on 13B housings? Along the same line of thought, has
anyone in the group used teflon/silicon or teflon/viton
for their oil control O-rings? There was some concern
about oil degrading the silicon if used for oil control
as I recall.

After looking at this list of compatible chemicals with Creavy Teflon
encapsulated silicone O-rings I smell a rat.
My memory was jogged. This happened once before about a couple of years
ago with a certain person. I think I know who it was/is. Perhaps that rumor
got started by someone with a large inventory of after market Viton oil
O-rings for rotary engines. I doubt seriously that hot motor oil will degrade
these O-rings given this list of compatible chemicals. Note that gasoline
is on the list. It is easy to check. I will cook one in hot oil soon.
