The design was to have been a number of oval tubes similar to the 747 cabin,
side by side. So pressurization is not the problem. In fact, the big problem
is offloading 1,000+ passengers and their luggage through present day
facilities.
All other problems seem to be within the capabilities of current Boeing
construction techniques. A very large scale model is now flying. It's deep in
your court with a ton of top spin.......

Two tubes are heavier than one with the same volume. Three are heavier than two....
What about the windows?
Well I guess I could always be anesthetized, shrink wrapped and launched
into a partial orbit in the direction I need to go. The only remaining
problem is reentry :-)
You won't get me to go up in a crate like that.
