Paul,
Mike Pienaar (building a KIS in South Africa) is currently moving, and is
disconnected from the list.  I believe he is serious about putting in a
rotary, and would probably want one also. Design should be the same as for
you and me. He is going to contact me when he gets set in his new location,
and I will query him then.
