Is this planform suitable for a fixed pitch prop?  I thought that Bill
mentioned that it was not?

I didn't run the sims for a fixed pitch, so not too sure.  I designed it
for two primary operating points, with much effort to make the overall
thrust curve "best", i.e. max cruise, but good TO and climb, too.  I
suppose the planform (which is set up to provide a smooth force
curve over the blade and minimize stalled portions at low speed by
increasing the chord locally and decreasing the alpha) might work
for a fixed pitch.   Just no data.

I can't give you a really useful answer since all the runs were with
varialble pitch.
