Wow! That's a bunch. They are a bit hard to take apart but it can be done.
I think you need to drill out a pin on the prop flange. You will also
need to add a thrust bearing. BTW the ratio is 2.17:1
Some people have good luck with them. You need to idle at least 2000 engine RPM
or so
to keep them from rattling.

 I have just finished redoing one for Greg Rector of Merritt Island, Fl. I made

a new housing, and installed two tapered bearings back to back for the thrust,
the main reason for this was the fact that this one was used on a pusher, I 
also machined the
inside of the bell housing where the drive bolts to it, then I made a housing 
for a thrust bearing and bolted it on there, I used a ball thrust bearing with a
 little preload for the sun gear, looks like it should do a good job, will let 
you know as so
on as I can, I am taking it to him tommorow so he can put it on and try it out.

Bill got his RV done but then had some problems with his engine but I do
not know the details. I think Tracy can fill us in on this. What happened
to bill's engine Tracy?
