That is the system that caused Solly to crash the Pulsar II prototype.
He forgot and ran the right tank too long thinking he had plenty of
fuel. He did have plenty of fuel but it was all in the left tank. Since 
the right tank runs down much much faster than the left tank since all
return fuel goes into the left and as Tracy says that can be as much as 
150 gallons per hour.

Me I will go with the Andair EFI dual valve. Simple and nothing to think
about at all except; is the tank I am drawing from empty?
