I did have the correct pulley. I reversed it and filed the paint off and

it

slides on tightly.  I highlighted the key in the Pulley2 photo and
darkened the two marks.  I think the right mark is the BTC and the left

mark

is the TC.  Both photos should be oriented the same way.

I'm pretty sure that the stock pulley marks are at 5 deg. ATDC and 20 deg.
ATDC.  They are used for timing the engine at idle with the stock ECU.
