Just got my brand new C182 plug replacement $1400 radio from Michel I bought at Snf.
Looked inside and saw what looks like twenty year old level of integration
complete with Z80, EPROM and relays!  Can't possibly be as light and as 
reliable as the new, same output power, uncertified hand held's.

The FAA is working against us.
