I didn't find any sheet inconel last time I went to Boeing surplus, and most of what they had was .025 thick  4.495" dia tube. I think that they use it for wiring runs in the wings. That's what the metals guy there said. I also found some 5" dia .125 thick inconel tube at one time, but haven't seen any lately.They've got lots of titanium sheet, .050  and .040 thick at ~ $8.00 a #.
