Because of the scope of this you need to structure it. Rather than

So far there is no content other than an intro page which I whipped up. I
have only tested IE 4.0 and a 1024x768 res (+1600x1200 at work), so could
someone with Netscape or earlier IE versions please confirm that this
Frameset works (Obviously those with really old browsers that don't support
frames will have to see it at a friends place :)

If anyone has improvement suggestion, I would be glad to hear than.
Especially it there is a need to modify the main Chapter list. I would like
to finalize this soon (hopefully it already is), as It is already

reasonably

complex. I just noticed the first error in Powerplant.

The (currently unlinked) subchapter essay titles are just place

holders, and

will be revised as content is added.

Chris, your offer of hosting is very generous. I have 10mb space with my
ISP, and having aDSL they allow 1Gb of monthly traffic , so it is okay

for now. Long term I think putting it on your server is a good idea. If you
