Too bad there is no real standardization on drawing or DXF files.

See if you can handle this 13B zipped DXF from Peter Nunn. I think it came
from Turbo Cad. I have never been able to convert it to a bit map
so I can see what it looks like. I don't have ACAD 2000 or Turbo CAD either.
I think ACAD 2000 can export bit maps of some kind such as tiff's, gif's, jpg's
or bmp's. If you can load this and convert to a bit map and send it
back to me I can convert it to an efficient and compact gif and upload it here
for all to view.
