Paul mentioned that I was using AN16 on the new rad.
The AN16 aeroquip hose and fittings are available from
Summit Racing, as well as the Earls 1"NPT to AN16
adaptors. Just have your radiator fabricated with 1"
NPT ports.
Then order part number 44705K306, quantity 2,
aluminum half-couplers from McMaster Carr.
Weld these to the two ports on the water pump.

Perry,
Better double check that half coupling to make sure
it is aluminum. All the fittings in that section are not
denoted to be alum. The full couplings are but not the
halfs.
They are aluminum, I have them and the top side is already
welded. It looks like the default is 356-F aluminum, but the
starred items are 6061-T6. If 6061-T6 is better then the
full couplings could be used and cut down. Any drawbacks
to using the 356-F?

CR Racing will weld custom bungs for any of their products. The following is
a quote from them:
We have in stock a complete line of male and female AN weld bungs
ranging in size from -6 to -20. We also manufacture male
and female NPT
weld bungs. In male, we have 3/8" and 1/2" NPT. Female NPT
weld bungs
are available in 1/8" NPT through 1" NPT. All aluminum weld
bungs have a
pilot to register them in a tank or panel and are made of
6061-T6
aluminum.
