Anybody running Redhat 7.1 yet.
Yes.
How is it?
I like it extremely well. I've had no problems with the 2.4 kernel in the
couple of weeks I've been
running (on several machines).
Any bugs?
Not so far. Also, it installs smoothly on two machines that anaconda hangs on
with RH 6.x & 7.0. It was
gross getting Linux on those machines before. I've had zero issues serving
NNTP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP,
squid web cache, etc. with it. BTW, I like the new 2.4 STABLE squid too.
If you have a more specific question, perhaps I could speak to that?
While I'm here, I'll mention that I had the opportunity to view Perry Casson's
rotary project. He's closely following the Tracy Cook plan. I'm new to auto
conversions and have no context but it is very impressive. Tracy's redrive
looks an extremely stout piece. Of course, it didn't hurt the impression to
have someone of Perry's caliber conducting the tour.
Thanks to the group for the great reading.

Tom Brown
Thanks Tom. Do you use the Netscape that came with it for email?
