Subject: Tension Bolt Failure

When I disassembled my 20B, the tension bolts were wrapped in what looked
like heat shrink in several areas. They were pretty snug to pull out
because of this and I assumed that it was to dampen vibration. It created an
area that was snug in the hole along the bolts length.
