I think our TES rings section sizes are too large by about .010. Don't
know how that happened. In any event Creavey has the right size so I will
try to buy some tomorrow and try again. Hang in there awhile. I am working
on it. I will also order some Kalres and try those. They look almost
as good as TES.

One comment on teflon is that it does have a lower abrasion resistance than the
standard rubbers. Also my prof made a comment that teflon loves to have particles
embed in it and cause increased wear on the mating surfaces.

These things don't move. They just sit there and seal.
If it was an O-ring in a hydraulic piston I can see where that might be a problem.
