This is what I came up with. It will only fit in one place
as the belt could interfere with the crank angle sensor above and the
oil cooler fitting below.

I had a lot of help on this from Jim Wilaller. Jim made three
for his 13B Murphy Rebel before he got it right.
He gave me one of the failures which helped me greatly
on how not to do it. The Rebel is almost as tough to cram in a 13B
as a Kis Cruiser or Lancair 360. Fortunately on the RV's and a few other
airplanes the stock location for the alternator above the water
pump is OK.

A potential problem is the e-shaft pulley may not transfer enough
HP at high RPM despite two belts because the belt wrap on the e-shaft
pulley is somewhat less than 90 degrees.

One belt is rated at 3 HP with a 180 degree wrap
so two belts should be enough. If not there is a place for
an idler pulley working off the back side of the belts just
above the oil cooler fitting. Three HP is about right for
alternator and water pump I hope:-)

We shall see. BTW only one belt is shown.
I need to get a double pulley for the alternator.

That sounds like that would work too. I could also add another
pulley on the e-shaft and use a dedicated alternator belt. Lot's
of options when you start thinking about it.
