So that is 120 square inches total for both water coolers right Jerry?
Each cowl cheek opening is about 6 by 10 inches is that correct?
I am just trying to picture this.
I think the oil cooler opening  may still be on the small side depending
on how could the duct is. How big are your air outlets under the back
bottom of the cowl? Is there a 3 inch or larger radius on the firewall
just above the air outlets?

inlets - like 30 sq inches apiece.  Mine are approx 24 sq inch each and I
would be hard pressed to put 60 sq inch openings on each side of the
spinner.  It will be interesting to see how effective the vertical opening
for the oil cooler works compared to the horizontal one.  I suspect the air
velocity distribution across the opening from the spinner to the outer
limits of the opening will vary considerably on the ground due to the
propeller - may not make any difference in the air.
