If you like rotaries just to be spinning, think about this one.

I filled out the Omega order form to get a catalog and some posters. I got
the posters OK but no catalogue yet. I called them on Thursday and was on
hold for ten minutes and then had to leave. I ported the housings today and
am running out of time to install the thermocouples near the leading plugs.
It can be done but there is little room to operate in that area. If they have
a very short probe it will be easy. I was thinking of insulating all but the
tip with heat shrink tubing. You're interested in the coolant temp how far
away from the chamber wall? The backup engine goes together Monday, so it
won't be in this one.

Too bad Lynn I was counting on you for some good data. Omega has a whole slew 
of products that will work. Some are ceramic coated. To be useful the probe 
needs to be with in 2 mm of the combustion chamber surface right adjacent 
to the leading spark plug. If you are reading this in time and are still interested
I can give you some part numbers out of the Omega catalog. I assume these are 
12A rotor housings.
