The fuselage plug was foamed in between the bulkheads, glassed,

and then

filled and sanded until we had a great finish.  I believe there

are pictures

of this on the site.  The tan finish you see on the plug now is

super

expensive DuPont primer, hence the reason we used the PVA mold

release for

the female mold.  The primer was sprayed on with and HVLP.

What is HVLP?
