As far as the FAR103.4 folks (me included), there was no specific
prohibition on operations.  Just use common sense and stay well away
from any military installations (or tall buildings).  Up here in ND we
have several of the former and none of the latter.  Of course, flying
less than 55 mph in a completely exposed seat is no way to go cross
country anyway.  But it sure is a great way to spend a sunny fall
afternoon up here.

The problem I see is that since part 103 aircraft are essentially
unregulated they may be singled out as the terrorists delivery platform
of choice (hasn't happened yet, but . . .) and may be grounded forever.
