Well you need the front of the engine to drive the accessories so
a total redesign will be required at that end. Why don't you use a
ten inch extension and leave the starter in the back like Perry
Mick is doing? Perry used a chunk of the stock bell housing to
mount the starter. His extension shaft is above the starter.

What is the heavy black wire attached to the base of the starter? Purpose?.
I do not have such on my 1986 13B, which starts readily. Yvon.

That could be a ground wire Yvon. Don't forget this is a plastic
airplane.
