     Contact Custom Planes Magazine they are a very
aggresive and a rapidly up-coming magazine........I'm
sure they'll quickly gobble them up. Include lots of
partial and finished Rotary installations.
Don't bother with the EAA, they've already sold their
soul to the "OLD IRON".
