Please try to read this DXF file for me and let me know
what CAD program you are using.

 I use AutoCad 2000 on a Windows 2000 Pro machine. I was able to open, modify
and resave as a dwg drawing. I did get a warning notice that certain parts
(probably the VBS which 2000 Pro does not allow for security reasons) couldn't
be opened.

Thanks Charlie. Try this trick. "List" them to an ascii text disk file if you
can and upload that. The list should then include all the dimensions.

All you need to do is type command LIST and "pick" 
the entity (singular), however if there are many joined 
entities (lines,radiuses etc.) you should "PEDIT" them 
and JOIN them. This way when you "pick" any one entity, 
it will LIST them all

In ACAD R11 you could outline the entire display with a window
and it would "list" all the entities.

Or plot it to disk as a gif.
