Please try to read this DXF file for me and let me know
what CAD program you are using.

The original dfx drawing is 210 KB  I zoomed in several times larger and
converted the file to a DWG and it is now 86KB

Also Chralie please try exporting it as an IGES file. I'll try to load
that in R12.
