Paul,............Please open this .DXF file up with
ACAD12.

This is Tracy's drawing of the RD Plate which you
published back in July...............What's wrong with
it?..........Okay, so I reworked it a little bit :-)

Please check it and let me know if anything has changed.

If you want I can also send you a .DWG file.

You should be able to get everything you need out of it.

I learned a trick from Chuck and reconfigured my ACAD R12 gif plotter
to 1600 by 1200 pixels or so. As an example this is a hi rez gif the 
DXF file Butch sent me. Outdated of course but it illustrates the 
technique that Chuck came up with. I can now get far more information 
in a compact gif of a drawing.

Still no real drawing file compatibility breakthroughs between CAD 
programs however. That remains to be done somehow.
