Yeah...it needs a plug in that reads tiff files...and not just any ones.
They use two compression forms that even my graphic software can't read!
Leave it to the government!

But, my image program for my Sony digital camera CAN read them, so I used
that to convert them (then I found that the plug-in will also save the file
as a bmp, so I can do it that way from now on, and then convert it with my
normal software).

Anyway, there are four image pages...two drawings, and two of text.

The two drawings pages are attached. I took the liberty of shrinking the
files a bit...as downloaded, they are 300dpi, and at normal screen
resolutions of 72 to 96 dpi produce an image 27 by 42 inches!

In the shrunk versions attached, the text is just readable...if you want the
full size images in order to work with them yourself, just let me
know...I'll be glad to send them...they are 180kb and 215kb respectively.
