Glad I am not the only one with rotary starting problems.
I have a 13B with Tracy's EFI system.  I can get it to run after about 3
months of off and on trying.
Will only run with the cold start switch on and is still rough.

Hank, assuming no wiring errors, it sounds very much like one or more
injectors are not working properly.  Either not being triggered correctly or
plugged, sticking, etc. When you got to cold start, you sort of compensate
by doubling the injection timing/fuel flow to the ones working.   Did you
wire up the two DPDT switches for turning off either primary or secondary
injectors?  They are a great help in trouble shooting injection problems as
well as providing a limp-home mode.
