but it is cheap enough. $189.95

Storage Oscilloscope - 
12-bit sampling on Channel A to 400 Khz (single-shot) 
and 5 Mhz (repetitive), with input range 2 mV to 500 V (using 1X - 10X scope probe). 
Second slow-speed Channel B with 8-bit sampling to 50 Khz. 

Minimum PC requirements: 386/16 cpu, MS-DOS 5.0 or later, 
640 Kbytes RAM, 640 x 480 x 16-color (standard) VGA graphics, standard
RS-232 port. The software runs on MS-DOS to accommodate both newer, faster PCs, 
as well as older, slower PCs. Works well with notebook PCs
with 16 Mhz or greater clock speeds. 

Auto-Installation: software automatically scans serial ports COM1 - COM4, and boots at 38,400 bps.
