Try AutoVue at www.cimmetry.com   They have a free demo that is useful and
even can print (with their add banner).  Opens most cad files.  No drawing
function other than red line.  Just viewing.  3D viewing with rotate is
useful.  I use it for Catia and IGES files.  Cost to buy it is about $1,100
a seat.
