This manifold has not been put to the test yet, but it was stick welded with
a high nickel rod using DC positive.  The seams had about 5/16 extra
material extending past the joint.  The joint looked more like a T and the
extra material was melted into the joint.  It welded real easy!

The extra tabs sticking past the flange are what I understand of Paul Yaw's
experience.  The ports in my 20B are very small and diverge downward about
half way out.  Yaw indicated that by filling in this divergence and making
the hole nearly constant, a large increase in flow and less noise was
realized.  The tabs fill in this area. My flanges very closely continue this
shape.  I was trying for a smooth transition.

Will it work?  Sure!  Just how well is the big question.
