Tracy how about that dimension? What is the angle on bolt hole number four.
Check Tracy's back view drawing gif I sent Blake. I think you are looking at the wrong
side for the angles. You are looking at the front side from this jpg you sent.

Maybe I better UPS Tracy's plate to you just to be absolutely certain.

No I don't think I will need it, as long as we all agree on the design.

I looked at the back view and got 226, same as Tracys dwg, your table listed it as 256, so i think it was only a typo.

But let's redimension everything from the front of the plate, since this will be how I will cutting it. And this will keep everyone on the same "page".

Paul, the central hole measures 1.003"off your dwg, and Tracy's old one is 1.010". Keep it at 1.003"? Whatever the dimension (doesn't matter) I will be keeping the tolerance around +/- .001 or less, since this will be the major locating feature.

I will use a small close fitting plug to locate the plate on this diameter, pick up one edge, and mount it flat. This should constrain it to make a repeatable setup.

Everything should be referenced to that center hole. If it is off from side to side
by only a few thou no problem. I'll redo the drawing from the front side
on Friday. No 10 MM holes are needed so don't hold things up for that.
